• Email and communications — SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) for transactional emails.
• Analytics — Plausible Insights (privacy-friendly, no individual tracking) and, where consented, Google Analytics 4.
• Hosting — Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare Canada Corp.) for the Site.
• Public authorities — disclosed only when required by Canadian law or court order.

Some of the providers listed above store data in the United States. Where applicable, we rely on contractual safeguards including each provider's standard data-processing addendum. By using the Site you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside Canada and may be subject to lawful access requests in those jurisdictions.

• Analytics data — 14 months, aggregated thereafter.
• CCTV footage — 30 days, then automatically overwritten.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We protect personal information using industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive databases, access controls, and regular security review. No system is perfectly secure; in the event of a material breach affecting personal information, we will notify you and the relevant Canadian privacy commissioner where required by law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date and the Version number above; significant changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated in advance where practicable.
